  • Understand the differences between and uses of the different coordinating conjunctions.
  • Know when and where to use each of the aforementioned advanced punctuation marks and coordinating conjunctions both in practice and in writings.
  • Use advanced punctuation marks to facilitate the cohesion of academic writings.
